江苏稳强海洋工程有限公司成立于1988年8月，原名为“盐都县郭猛疏浚打捞工程总公司”，2003年经重组改名为“盐城稳 强疏浚打捞有限公司”，2009年经董事会研究决定，更名为“江苏稳强海洋工程有限公司”。
公司经过多年的滚动发展，现已拥有国家交通部颁发的“沉船、沉物打捞”内河一级、沿海三级资质证书，江苏省建设厅颁 发的“港口与航道工程”施工总承包二级资质证书，同时取得江苏省建筑工程管理局颁发的“交通工程”安全生产许可证，并通过 了IS09001：2015质量体系、IS014001：2015环境体系、IS018001：2015职业健康体系论证。同时受聘为中国救助打捞行业协 会理事单位；中国航海学会救助打捞专业委员会会员单位；江苏省交通工程协会会员单位。为企业今后的可持续发展搭设了良好的 软件平台。
公司的发展，在硬件投入上也是阔步超前。到目前为止包括不同级别的起重船舶、不同能力的疏浚船舶及打捞工程作业船舶 40余艘，完善的硬件投入和到位的软件环境以及配套合理的科技人才铸就了稳强公司的辉煌业绩。
迄今为止，有效救助和整体打捞各类船舶达千余艘，参加东海大桥、杭州湾大桥、苏通大桥、沪通大桥等大桥的钢套箱和桥 面板的吊装工程，进行了沿江、沿海各类港口码头起重设备的安装工程，为沿江、沿海各类港口码头建设作出了巨大的贡献。
近年来，我公司与大型国有企业合作，进行海上风电风机安装、基础防护、水下防腐等工程的施工。2017年成立合资公司， 投资建造海上自升式风电安装平台，为公司进入风电项目奠定了坚实的基础。

Established in August 1988, Jiangsu Wenqiang Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd (WQOE) is mainly engaged in coastal and Yangze River port heavy lifting, waterway and pier dredging, as well as ships and supply salvage. After more than 20 years of continuous development, WQOE has got the certificates of "Inland River Vessel and Article Salvage Class I" and "Costal Vessel and Article Salvage Class III" qualification issued by the Ministry of Communications, "Port and Waterway Engineering" General Construction Contract Class II Qualification Certificate from the Department of Construction of Jiangsu Province; we've also received the "Safe Production License for Enterprises" from Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. WQOE is engaged as a member unit of the Rescue and Salvage Committee of China Navigation Institute and Traffic Engineering Association of Jiangsu Province, thereby putting up a good software platform for sustainable development in the future.
We've made great investment in hardware for the company's development. Up to now, we have more than 40 all types of ships, including lifting ships at different levels, ships with different dredging capacities and salvage engineering vessels. The Company currently has 582 employees, including 12 with senior professional titles, 68 with intermediate titles and 396 senior ship officers and professionals.
Complete hardware, good software environment and reasonable supporting scientific and technological personnel have contributed to today's brilliance of WQOE. We have accumulated rich experience in on-water work, especially in heavy-tonnage oversize marine module hoisting, salvage of sunken vessels and articles and waterway dredging, and enjoy a high reputation in the industry. Every year we salvage sunken vessels and articles of about 100,000 tons in total, hoist a weight of about 1.2 million tons and dredge an earth volume of about 3.6 million cubic meters. We can meet the demands of river regulation, large bridge construction, sub-sectional closure of hull, bridge crane and gantry crane integral hoisting, as well as offshore installation and operations.
